Bluestacks is one of the best Android emulators for Windows, allowing Windows users to run Android applications and games on their Windows devices. Although Windows users can request compatible apps from Android developers, the latter is not really interesting in Microsoft’s platform. In other words, the best way for Windows users to experience Android apps is by using emulators.
Users are complaining BlueStacks won’t open in Anniversary Update
For the time being, uninstalling the latest Windows version and rolling back to the previous OS version seems to be the best solution. Uninstalling and then reinstalling BlueStacks doesn’t solve this problem for all users, although some were lucky and managed to get their emulator to work after uninstalling it.
