The update applies to the following operating systems – Windows Server 2012 R2 versions, Windows 8.1 Enterprise, Windows 8.1 Pro, Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1. Update: This issue has not yet been totally removed and there are many solutions around on the dedicated forums.
