UPDATE: Google confirmed that all the issues have been fixed now According to DownDetector, Google has been experiencing issues since 10:04 AM EDT.
Judging by reports, there are two main issues affecting Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs: logins and slow connection problems. Also, these issues are prevalent for users from the US. Part of Europe is also affected, as well as some areas in Japan.

Document manager constant circles followed by blank screen. No data.” “Drive is barely working in Quito, Ecuador. I can access recent activity files but the files/folder list is not loading.
