The Edge update (KB3158988) fixes the issue that prevents users from closing Microsoft Edge or get context menus to work if all the extensions are turned off without being installed. The update also brings a series of fixes for some issues causing devices to bugcheck (Bluescreen). Although Slow ring Insiders have to wait a bit longer until they get their hands on the builds, they have a greater advantage over Fast ring Insiders: all the major issues have usually been fixed by the time they install the build. We expect other updates and fixes to land soon, maybe even at the beginning of next week, for all the other issues Insiders reported in this build. Some users could not even install the build, while others reported that Cortana crashed every time they input text or that Microsoft Edge could not open specific websites. Let us hope that Microsoft manages to solve all these issues by the time the Windows 10 Anniversary Update is released. RELATED STORIES YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT:
