Microsoft added a few bug fixes along with some improvements. As usual, these patches also brought a handful of bugs alongside bug fixes and security improvements. Users who installed the recent updates have reported two bugs on the Microsoft forum.
KB4489868, KB4489886 reported issues
1. KB4489868 Font Issues
One Windows user reported that he experienced font issues following the installation of KB4489868. He explained the problem as follows: There are two solutions that can fix the problem. You can either uninstall the update from the Settings menu, Update & security » Update history » Uninstall updates. Alternatively, you can restore your PC to an earlier point. The restore option will bring your system in a stable state.
2. KB4489868, KB4489886 fails to install

Known Issues
Microsoft has listed some known errors in KB4489868, KB4489886, as well as KB4489871 and KB4489882.
1. Applications fail to respond

Microsoft stated that if you are using a Windows Server machine, the problem can be resolved by creating a unique user account. 4. Cluster service fails to start
The cluster service does not start following the installation of KB4467684. If the users configured the Minimum Password Length of the group policy with more than 14 characters, you might encounter the error “2245 (NERR_PasswordTooShort)”. Microsoft said that a temporary solution to fix the problem is to set a value of less than or equal to 14 characters as the minimum password length.
