The update boosts the Windows 10 operating system build to 17763.404. Most likely, the role of this patch is to test the Patch Tuesday improvements that are scheduled to be rolled out next week.

Well, it seems that the best Patch Tuesday that falls on 9th April won’t bring a new Windows 10 OS version to the table. Expect only regular updates for the OS versions currently supported. Cumulative update KB4490481 has been released along with a servicing stack update KB4493510. Microsoft has yet to release a changelog for the update. You can head towards the Settings app to download the Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4490481. Just check for updates and the update download process should start automatically.
