KB4493464 reported issues

1. Wi-Fi doesn’t have a valid IP configuration

One of the users reported that his PC is having problems while connecting to Wi-Fi. The bug started appearing after the installation of Windows updates KB4493464 and KB4493478 (Windows 10 Version 1803). You can try one of the following workarounds to resolve the issue. Alternatively, if the problem is not resolved, you can uninstall and block the problematic updates.

2. Application startup bugs 

Microsoft acknowledged another bug that affects Internet Explorer. Microsoft states that some corresponding applications for Internet Explorer’s trusted and local sites may not be started by Custom URI Schemes for Application Protocol handlers.  Microsoft is working to resolve the issue but Microsoft has suggested a temporary fix to the problem. Enable Protected Mode in Internet Explorer for local intranet and trusted sites. Keep in mind that a system reboot is required so that the changes can be applied.
