One player recently complained on the EA forums about how, despite watching all the videos, he hasn’t received the helmet yet: Although it looks like an issue at first sight, everything’s probably fine as other players from the thread said that he received a notification about the helmet but simply missed it. Folks from EA added that the helmet will become visible in-game, so checking it out is advised. If you’ve completed the training, don’t worry about receiving your helmet because it’s most likely there. Just make sure to check out all notifications and emails.
