Windows 10 and Mophisec don’t get along well

Microsoft has detected a Windows 10 1809 issue with Mophisec Protector software. MS Office users with Mophisec software installed can’t save documents with Office’s applications. As such, the Redstone firm confirmed another October 2018 Update block for Win 10 PCs with Mophisec Protector installed on its Windows 10 update history page. There Microsoft states: Microsoft suggests that MS Office users uninstall Morphisec software from Windows 10 1809. Morphisec Protector is software that users should certainly uninstall via Programs and Features. Press the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut to open Run, enter ‘appwiz.cpl‘ in the text box, and click OK to open the uninstaller Control Panel applet. Then enter ‘Morphisec Protector’ in the uninstaller’s search box to search for that software. The latest upgrade block is currently the fifth listed on the Windows 10 update history page. That page also lists upgrade blocks for some PCs with certain Intel display drivers installed and desktops and laptops with HD2000 and HD4000 GPUs. Apple fixed the iCloud upgrade block, but Windows 10 1809’s update block list is still expanding. Consequently, the October 2018 Update rollout has gathered little momentum since Microsoft re-released version 1809.
