Slack claims it is better than MS Teams
On the flip side, Microsoft Teams’ main competitor, Slack announced in October 2019 that it has 12 million active users. In an attempt to alleviate the monopoly of Microsoft teams in the collaborative software market, Slack revealed that it is far more engaging compared to MS Teams: This news comes in light of the COVID19 phenomena where companies ask more and more of their employees to work from home whenever possible. That being said, having a good collaborative tool that will supplement the lack of human interaction is more crucial than ever.
