According to Softpedia, Microsoft said the initial release will come to desktops while other versions will get the Creators Update upgrade thereafter. However, that still leaves room for questions about the exact release window for Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update. Nevertheless, the wait can’t be much longer: recall that Microsoft rolled out the Anniversary Update to Windows 10 Mobile in the summer of 2016 after launching it on PCs two weeks earlier. Also, the first feature update to Windows 10 came in the form of the November Update (version 1511), which launched in November 2015 for PCs, though the mobile version came in March of the following year. Microsoft is now working on the final touches for the Creators Update due for release in April 2017. Windows Insiders are receiving the RTM version of the update already as the Creators Update is now feature-locked. Microsoft has so far offered several glimpses of the new features coming with the Creators Update. These include 3D support, privacy and security features, Wi-Fi improvements, Edge improvements, and other features that should enhance user creativity.
