Microsoft described the updated design as follows:
Windows 10 clipboard gets a new design
You can now see a double number of entries without using the scroll option. Also, scrolling is now much smoother. Moreover, you can now delete, pin or clear all the information by right-clicking the entries. However, not all users like this new approach. Some have a problem with the new design: According to this user, the container should adapt to the content, not the other way around. The new Windows 10 1903 version is currently live for the Release Preview ring. If you have it on your computer, press Windows key + V if you want to check the new feature.
