NVIDIA hasn’t officially introduced the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPU yet, but its partners are actively testing notebook samples powered by this card. According to these early tests, the GTX 1050 Ti is up to 10% faster than the GTX 970M. When compared to the GTX 960M, the GTX 1050 Ti’s performance is 60% better. For the time being, no information is available regarding the price of the laptops equipped with GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPUs, but the general consensus is that it should be quite affordable.

As far as its benchmark tests are concerned, the results are quite promising. The upcoming laptops powered by GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPUs will outclass GPUs from previous generations by up to 10% according to the 3DMark Cloud Gate benchmark. Also, the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPU is expected to be a very power efficient piece of hardware, leading to longer battery autonomy. For the time being, the information leaked about the upcoming GTX 1050 Ti GPU hasn’t been officially confirmed by NVIDIA, therefore it should be taken with a grain of salt.
