Surface Pro 4 shaky screen
Other users have reported another problem where the screen shakes while watching videos while using the touch screen, touchpad and while editing. This issue might be related to the device overheating and the use of a portable fan might solve it. All this comes after a few Surface Pro users experienced some hibernation issues with their brand new Surface Pro devices earlier. Microsoft corrected the flaw with a driver update.
Surface Pro 4 Windows Hello bug
Some Surface Pro 4 users said that after installing the “Surface – System – 7/21/2017 12:00:00 AM – 1.0.65.1” driver update, their devices stopped recognizing logins via the built in Windows Hello camera. One Surface Pro user gives a possible solution in the Microsoft Answers forum, suggesting that you start Device Manager and expand System Devices. After that, right-click the Surface Camera Windows Hello. Select Properties – Driver tab. Later on it was confirmed that the driver was the cause of the problem. Microsoft recently released a new firmware update for the Surface Pro 4, fixing all the annoying Windows Hello issues reported by users.
The updates are installed automatically on your Surface device through Windows Update. You can also install updates manually: RELATED STORIES TO CHECK OUT:
