This is the third game in the series and comes 12 years after the previous one. Fans waited for quite a while, indeed.
The game developer already revealed the first two characters in the game: Ayawaska and Simon Steiner. Ayawaska is only 1.10 meter-tall, but this little laughing lady has a lot of influence. She is the shaman of the Youkol tribe that Kate Walker left at the end of Syberia II. Ayawaska will offer Kate to accompany her in the snow ostrich’s transhumance, and throughout the journey, the shaman will offer precious advice to Kate. The only challenge is decrypting the mysterious form of her predictions. Simon Steiner is a genius craftsman and owns the clockmaker’s shop in Valsembor, a city near the Youkol camp. As grumpy and suspicious as he may seem at first sight, this old man is very kind. Kate depends on him and she will have to gain his trust so that he accepts to build an essential element if her journey with the Youkol tribe is to continue.
