UCheck is a free tool for Windows computers which works to automatically look out for updates for installed software. Adlice Software is the developer of UCheck, the same developer that created RogueKiller Anti-Malware, a program for detecting and removing malware and security threats.

UCheck features

The program includes the following features:

Update your software in two clicks. Optionally run bulk updates without user interaction (silent mode). Install software from our repository (with or without bulk selection). Uninstall software. Unlike competitors, doesn’t need a starter package and monitors software already present. Chooses language for you. Chooses the right version for you (32/64 bits). Prevents silent installation for software offering toolbars, or PUPs (optional offers). Warns when installer tries to install toolbars or PUPs (optional offers). Downloads straight from official websites, so that you ensure no one touches it. Silent mode skips reboots. More than 40 software supported, and growing fast.

The free version is available as an installer and as a portable version for both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows. It’s quite easy to run the program. On the start page of UCheck, you can view the option to scan the system for old programs and check for updates. The program provides a quick way of listing existing software as well as updates. Although the software has certain limitations, it supports popular software products including Adobe Flash, Firefox, Skype, Opera, and more. To list the programs for which you found updates, turn to the updates tab which displays the outdated and current versions of a program version. Some listed programs include a dedicated button for download and install options, though other software products have a website-only button. After downloading the latest program version, UCheck shifts the listing’s background color to purple. Then you will be able to see the install button. UCheck promises fast downloads and it is something worth giving a try. The program is available to download from Adlice. RELATED STORIES YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT:
