Microsoft plans to officially release this feature update next year. Meanwhile, Insiders will keep getting new build versions for testing purposes. The latest build fixes some issues introduced by the previous builds. Microsoft acknowledged a bunch of issues, and Windows 10 users started reporting additional issues on the company’s forums. However, some Insiders reported that this feature is not working as intended.

Windows 10 20H1 Build 18898 reported bugs

Disk type feature not working

Some Windows Insiders who installed Windows 10 20H1 Build 18898 reported that Task Manager’s disk type option is not working as it should.  Apparently, this is only a minor bug. We expect a hotfix with the upcoming build.

Build failed to install

It looks like this build is also affected by installation issues. Another user reported that he encountered error 0xc1900101 right after he restarted his PC during the installation process.

Software incompatibility

Another Fast Ring Insider stated that he had to uninstall MakeMKV, 7-zip, Freemake and EMDB in order to install build 18898. RELATED ARTICLES YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT:
