Microsoft already listed the system requirements for the Anniversary Update, which include:

However, users should also check if their computer manufacturer still supports the devices they want to upgrade to Windows 10 version 1607.  If your computer was launched many years ago, check if the manufacturer still rolls out BIOS and driver updates, otherwise you may encounter various issues when installing the Anniversary Update. Unfortunately, some users didn’t thoroughly checked if their machines were fully compatible with Windows 10 version 1607, and tried to install the Anniversary Update, but couldn’t because the computers remained stuck in an install loop.

The manufacturer ended support for this particular laptop model, which means it no longer releases BIOS and driver updates.
