This happens when the user attempts to install the update from the Microsoft website. Whenever they check for compatibility, an error comes up saying the display is not compatible with Windows 10. This is happening despite the system being powered by the previous version of Windows 10. User complaint: We’ve come across a simple way to do things rather than visiting the Microsoft website. You see, one just needs to take advantage of using installation media. Just download the Media Creation tool from the Microsoft website right here. After running the tool, select the option that says, “Upgrade this PC now.” Another option is to download the ISO via the Media Creation Tool. Instead of clicking “Upgrade this PC now,” click on “Create installation media for another PC.” Click next, then uncheck “Use the recommended options for this PC.” Continue from there and you should be good to go. However, bear in mind, you’ll need a DVD drive to burn the ISO on before you can complete the installation. RELATED STORIES YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT:
