Install issues are classic problems, so you shouldn’t be surprised if you can’t install build 16251. Rest assured, you’re not the only one.

BSoD

If you really hate Blue Screen of Death errors, you’d better refrain from installing build 16251. Hundreds of Insiders got the following BSoD error message after installing the latest build: Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. A required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed. Error code: 0xc00000bb. If you’ve encountered this problem, unplug all peripherals from your PC and then restart it. Plug your peripherals back in only after your PC has successfully rebooted.

Outlook issues

Many Insiders reported that Outlook 365 is affected by various issues after they installed build 16251. For example, they can’t send or delete emails, Outlook is slow and various error messages appear randomly. For the time being, the only solution to fix these bugs is to uninstall the build.
