Fast Ring Insiders can now download and test Windows 10 build 17134 (Redstone 4). This build doesn’t bring any new features but includes the fixes from KB4100375 alongside additional fixes and improvements to make the OS more stable. As a quick reminder, when Microsoft launched Windows 10 build 17133 last week, everybody expected this release would be the RTM version. However, Microsoft decided to delay the Windows 10 v1803 release due to a series of severe technical issues which include Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors: Microsoft decided to create a new build in order to fix all these bugs, instead of creating a new Cumulative Update package. The new build features all the necessary fixes and improvements to prevent the issues that blocked the initial release in the first place. For the time being, there are no bug reports from Insiders, and it seems this build release is indeed more stable and reliable than the previous one. After all, Microsoft did a good job by not rushing the launch. In this manner, the company avoided a massive public outcry if the SCU had reliability issues.
