Well, now Microsoft has announced that they will be pausing Windows 365 trial sign-ups. And judging by the tweet from Scott Manchester, the director of program management for Windows 365, it’s because of the overwhelming demand for this service, as they received an unbelievable response to it. So, in other words, Windows 365 trials have maxed out in just days. — Scott Manchester (@RDS4U) August 3, 2021

Microsoft has halted free trial signups

For the time being, at least, you can buy Windows 365, but if you still want to try it for free, you’ll have to sign up for notifications in this regard. Why is everyone so eager to try this new Microsoft product you ask? Maybe because the Business and Enterprise plans come with a few features and perks with Windows 365 Cloud PC. The Redmond tech giant also guaranteed cloud security by Zero Trust and will keep Microsoft Defender for Endpoint around for extra security measures. Also, businesses with more than 150 users will have access to App Assure to fix app issues without additional fees.  These are just some of the reasons why people absolutely flocked to get their hands on the free trials and take it for a test drive. We can’t know for sure when Microsoft users can expect another batch of free trials to be available, but the company says that it’s making all efforts to allow this to happen.  — Microsoft 365 (@Microsoft365) August 3, 2021 Yesterday, a Microsoft spokesperson reiterated the message the company shared on Twitter, saying it was pausing new trials following high demand.  So, those of us that haven’t yet had the chance to signup are now left hanging, with the promise of greener pastures over the horizon.
